Natasa Kafkalia

Biography

Natasa holds a BSc in Economics (University of Cyprus) and a MSc in Human Resource Management with CIPD pathway (University of Birmingham). Following completion of her studies she became a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), of which she is now an associate. Prior to her employment at CYENS, Natasa worked in the same sector of Research and Innovation, in the field of human resources management; specifically, this includes expertise in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, ensuring continuity of projects’ quality and efficiency and other HR functions. In her current role at CYENS, Natasa seeks to continue developing her HRM skills in a multicultural environment.
